However, it can often be costly to go on a spa retreat or book treatments in fancy hotels. It can also take away from the relaxation element if you’re stressing about getting to the spa on time and if it’s busy with lots of other people who had the same idea as you.

There are some great ways to recreate spa treatments yourself, either with your friends or just when you’ve got the day on your own. They will make you feel relaxed, pampered and give you all the five-star-spa-resort feels.

1. Body Scrub
We must exfoliate our body, as it removes old, dead skin cells that can lead your skin to be dry and dull if left. To pamper your body and get shiny, smooth skin, you can make your very own body scrub that would be worthy for any spa day.
Firstly, you should get some brown sugar and olive oil in the ratio of 2:1 and mix them together.
